By accessing and using RizqRadar's website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our Services.

RizqRadar provides an AI-powered platform for Shariah-compliant (Shariah-compliant) investment research and analysis. Our Services include:

• Shariah compliance screening for publicly traded companies
• AI-generated financial research reports
• Technical analysis and charting tools
• Market research and company analysis tools
• Notification services (for Pro plan subscribers)

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create a strong password and change it regularly
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or any illegal or inappropriate use of our Services.

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers: Basic, Intermediate, and Pro. Each plan provides different levels of access to our Services as described on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our Refund Policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment all fees method for incurred
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.3 Subscription Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and you will be charged or credited the prorated difference.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew for the same billing period. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

5.1 Ownership

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by RizqRadar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing our Services.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our copyrighted materials
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our Services
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

IMPORTANT: RizqRadar provides information and tools for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or legal advice. The information provided through our Services should not be construed as investment, financial, or legal advice.

7.2 Do Your Own Research (DYOR)

You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and independent verification before making any financial decision. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, and/or legal professional before trading or investing.

7.3 No Broker, Advisor, or Fiduciary Relationship

RizqRadar is not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. Your use of our Services does not create any advisory, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.

7.4 No Guarantee of Performance

Past performance of any stock, security, or investment does not guarantee future results. All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of principal.

7.5 Shariah Compliance

While we strive to provide accurate Shariah compliance screening, we cannot guarantee that our analysis is complete or error-free. You should consult with a qualified Islamic finance scholar or advisor for definitive guidance on Shariah compliance.

7.6 Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that:

• All investments carry risk, including possible loss of principal
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Our AI-generated analysis is based on historical data and algorithms, which may produce inaccurate or outdated results
• Third-party or market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
• You are solely responsible for all orders, trades, positions, and investment decisions you make

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZQRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZQRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES FROM TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS, INCLUDING MARKET LOSSES, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, LIQUIDATIONS, TAX LIABILITIES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, SIGNAL, SCREENING RESULT, OR REPORT.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND YOUR TRADING OR INVESTMENT ACTIVITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RizqRadar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your interaction with other users
• Your trading, investing, or portfolio decisions and any resulting gains or losses

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RizqRadar is organized and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, we encourage you to contact us to seek an informal resolution first.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider selected by RizqRadar and conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If arbitration is not enforceable for a particular claim, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the jurisdiction where RizqRadar is organized and operates.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RizqRadar.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
